Starting NPC: Riranwyn in Oceanus Hesperos at loc 13.5k, 11.9k

Level Requirement: Level 48. - Papewaiyo

Comments on Solo, Grouped, or Battlegrouped:
sounds like people are doing this solo

Steps:

the location of where you need to go is Island of Meso 32.5x35.

The four items you need to forage are Harpy Nest Fragments, Harpy Teeth, Harpy Hair, and Harpy Bones. You can do this solo easily, just kill both the harpies, then you should be able to forage about 5 times before one of them pops again. Keep killing and foraging till you get all of the items. Nov 18

Someone suggested jsut doing one piller. This may not be a good idea. I searched around one, got all my items, but only 1 type of bonus item. If you need feathers, bone & talon you are shortchanged on teh bonus items,
which actually look like they may be very useful. Dec 28

Subquest - Silent Trinket:

You get your leggings, but the lil stuff you get while doing this don't sell it. You can take one animal bone one harpy talon and one harpy feather and give them to Alaeth in the same town you get the quest and get a jewel necklace and bracelet for each one. I will look later and post what each one does.

Don't know what the correct order is. People have said different things.

Bonus items have to be given in a particular order to Aelith, I think the order is Animal Bone, Feather, Talon. If you don't have the first item then he refuses to take the rest. Feb 9

Also, the npc claims to be able to trinket any of the three items, yet if one does not start with a talon, one cannot advance and get either of the other rewards. This, combined with the fact you cannot forage for the sub-items once you have obtained the 4 quest items, makes for an all around poorly thought out quest design. Feb 12

Its not bugged. Its a radom reward. Mythic has already put in a fix to this quest which is that other players can trade you the items you need. I agree the way it is set up stinks but I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for this quest to be reviewed again as it has already been reviewed. Feb 12

need 4-5 parts with a capital letter in the name. Can't remember what they were, BTW if you have a group of people doing this, if one person in the group finds it you all get it. Kinda cool, put 1 person at each pillar, and the others just control argo. This gives you the epic pants.

There is a guy down by the docks who will buy the spare parts from you and give you i think it was a necklace. Also another person inside the circle name npc guy who will give you gold for other junk you get i think from the seed quest.

in Hesperos Haven.. there is NPC.. name starts with A.. forgot ..but he is by one of the archways .. right side ..just inside the ringed wall. He gives 10g for the weathered ones and 1g for the corrupted.
