My level 47 Skald was able to get this quest and easily completed it with a 50 Shammy. - Sorois
Steps:
You need neutral mau faction.Talk to the Starting NPC, Sanura 15k, 52k Stygian Delta.
Step 1: Talk to Mesutire. He is on shore, directly South of Teleport pad that is guarded by Setians.
Step 2: He gives u a note to find a Mauskekhmet priest. They are all over, (near all Mauskekmet towns) They have golden armour on.
Step 3: Go back to Sanura. She will give you a Pot and tell you of 3 Mobs you need to kill to get
the ingredients. Eroding jani, (its says LARGE desert scorpion, but you need to get just plain old desert scorpion) and Tidal-Weaver maid. These are all very easy to find. However, if lost, look West of Mauskekhmet town near towers for Eroding Jani, Tidal Weavers are in the River, and Desert scorpion are just on the North side of the River, all along where the shore turns to desert.
Step 4: Kill Duathor. He is right outside the Gate of the Stone City. Very easy to find, (note: lots of quest mobs are near here). Duathor is a Setian caster at loc 20k 21k in Stygian Delta. (loc from Gilnar)
Step 5: Go back to Sanura for dialog
Step 6: Move to Center of Mauskekhmet city at center braizer, /use the clay pot.
Step 7: Go back to Her, she gives you reward.

Tips:
Duathor was a little closer to the fort than we thought, so had to clean out those OJ scouts first. Duathor himself was the highest mob in quest, easy duo. Dec 3- Kettu and Frigtryla
